By proceeding with a purchase, customisation enquiry, or any other interaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the order process is accurate, complete, and current, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name and correct billing address
• Accurate shipping address including PIN code, landmark, and contact number
• Correct and final artwork files, logos, design content, and spelling
• Accurate product specifications including quantity, size, colour preference, and customisation requirements
• Valid and active email address for order confirmation and correspondence

Arohan Merch shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, incorrect deliveries, or production errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

1.4  Product Representations & Customisation Disclaimer

All product images, digital mockups, colour swatches, and sample previews displayed on the website are indicative and for illustrative purposes only. Customers acknowledge and agree that:

• Actual product colours may vary from digital previews due to screen display differences, printing processes, and material properties
• Print placement, sizing, and positioning may have minor variations from the approved digital mockup
• Fabric texture, shade, and finish of apparel and soft goods may vary between production batches
• Sample images are representative of general product quality and are not guarantees of exact replication

1.5  Pricing & Charges

All prices displayed on the Arohan Merch website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to revision without prior notice. The following pricing terms apply:

1.6  Payment Terms

Arohan Merch operates on a strictly prepaid business model. The following payment terms are mandatory for all orders:

• 100% advance payment is required before any order is processed, confirmed, or initiated into production
• No Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available under any circumstances
• All payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
• Accepted payment methods include Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets as made available through Razorpay
• Orders shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and generation of a payment confirmation reference
• Arohan Merch reserves the right to place an order on hold in the event of payment verification issues

1.7  Order Processing & Customisation Workflow

For standard (non-customised) products, orders are processed subject to stock availability. For customised or branding-related orders, the following structured workflow applies:

1.8  Order Rejection & Cancellation by Arohan Merch

Arohan Merch reserves the right to cancel, reject, or refuse any order at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock or discontinued at the time of processing
• Operational limitations or production constraints prevent fulfilment
• Pricing errors, system glitches, or inaccurate product listings
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, duplicate orders, or misuse of the platform
• Failure to submit artwork, approvals, or required information within a reasonable timeframe
• Non-compliance with applicable laws or these Terms & Conditions

In case of order cancellation by Arohan Merch, any amount collected shall be refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 business days, subject to bank and payment gateway processing timelines.

1.9  Intellectual Property & Artwork Responsibility

Customers submitting logos, artwork, or design files for customisation represent and warrant that:

• They are the rightful owner or have obtained all necessary permissions and licences for the submitted artwork
• The submitted content does not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, patent, or proprietary rights
• They have verified the accuracy of all text, spelling, and content in the artwork
• The submitted artwork complies with applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws

Arohan Merch shall not be held liable for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-submitted artwork. Any legal claims, demands, or penalties arising from such infringement shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

1.10  Delivery Timelines & Liability

All delivery timelines communicated by Arohan Merch are indicative estimates and are not guaranteed commitments. Delivery may be affected by:

• Logistics and courier partner operations and capacity
• Geographic location, including remote, rural, or restricted delivery areas
• Weather disruptions, natural events, or force majeure conditions
• Public holidays, strikes, or operational shutdowns
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

The maximum liability of Arohan Merch for any claim, loss, or dispute shall be strictly limited to the value of the specific order in question. Arohan Merch shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages.

1.11  Customisation Enquiries

Customers may submit customisation or bulk branding enquiries through the official website contact form, email, or designated enquiry channels. Submission of an enquiry does not constitute an order or binding agreement. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation and full payment.

1.12  Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
